Overview of Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Digest large amounts of data quickly, deal with ambiguity, be decision-oriented, a quick ;earner and open minded.
• Receipt, review and processing of customer orders, RFQs and expectations in accordance with standard terms and conditions of customer contractual obligations.
• Extensive internal interface with various departments within the organization.
• Ensuring all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc. are communicated timely and accurately.
• Management of contracts to include assistance with customer delivery status inquiries, customer delivery expedite request as needed.
• Responsible for assisting with timely payment from customers
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documented success in maintaining a high level of ownership toward assigned responsibilities
• Ability to train and develop others around them in areas of expertise.
• Non-traditional working hours may be required as needed.
• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge
• Experience working in a manufacturing set up.
• ACE, Six sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
