• ​​This job is a member of the Flight Service Team within the Customer Experience Division.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining all AirVision scheduling packets.
  

• ​Schedules all specifications and provisioning rates into packets to ensure proper catering operations
• Interacts with Menu Planers, Product Managers and Commodity Managers to develop best scheduling practices for products and services (Food, Beverage, Liquor, Catering Equipment, Menus, etc.)
• Serves as a liaison with the Chief Pilots / Caterers when exception Pilot meals are added to flights
• Sets up each catering facility access to the consolidated food and service schedule report
• Maintains entrée provisioning rate tables for caterers
• Ability to travel as necessary

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School diploma or GED Equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• Knowledge of planning and operations systems
• 1 year of systems project management experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• ​Ability to interact with other work groups, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills and issue resolution
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Access
