Responsibilities

Supporting the evaluation of existing and potential routes to maximize the financial performance of the company.

 

  • Monitor and evaluate existing routes in the network and recommend capacity and/or schedule adjustments to maximize the financial performance of the network
  • Evaluate and forecast the integration of potential new routes into the network using existing methods as well as innovating new methods into the network processes
  • Assist in the development of network & fleet deployment strategies based on company strategic initiatives and heavy consideration for the competitive environment
  • Assist in working across multiple teams including and not limited to revenue management, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of the network strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience: Economics, Business Administration, Aviation or related field,

  • 1-3 years of experience in Economics, Business Administration, Aviation or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access).
  • Capable of developing high quality, professional PowerPoint presentations to display data and tell a story in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interest of the commercial aviation world especially when it comes to competitive dynamics and relevant current events.
  • Knowledge of airline networks, fleets, government policy related to aviation and general airport operations is essential. Working under pressure with tight deadlines that are both commercial as well as contractual is an integral part of this role, therefore, an organized multi-tasker that can prioritize solving problems will succeed in this role.
  • Up to 10 travel to occasional industry conferences
  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Hybrid: 80 In office expectation.
