As an Analyst for Workforce Planning, you will play a foundational role in supporting the optimization of our workforce operations. By aiding in trend analysis and working closely with senior staff, your insights will contribute significantly to our workforces success.

- Trend Analysis: Assist in the study of workforce trends, specifically in areas like sick leave, training, and overtime.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in stakeholder discussions, collecting essential data and insights.
- Workforce Modeling: Support the creation of basic workforce models based on current business requirements, focused on outage planning and execution, such as Sick and Vacation liability.
- Presentation Assistance and Development: Help senior staff prepare and refine presentations for various stakeholders with in-depth analytical options for the objectives of the business.
- Data Collection: Gather and develop relevant data for capacity planning, operations analysis, workforce-related requirements, and spanet information to create necessary technical support for workforce optimization initiatives.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or related areas.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration aptitude.
- Familiarity with the aviation and/or transportation industries is a plus.
Additional knowledge and skills:
- Advanced attention to detail, ability to solve problems, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues skillfully.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking principles to various intellectual and practical problems.
- Capability in connecting to different data sources, transforming data, and creating visualizations that can help identify trends and insights using Power BI, Python, Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau.
- Proficiency in using Python data analytics modules such as Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib.
- Create and document data analysis workflows in Jupyter Notebooks for reproducibility and collaboration.
