Unspecified- Oversee team members daily activity and support on immediate inquiry.
- Attend meetings as needed and handle Internal and External communication related to Shipment transaction and Customer queries.
- Received and analyze shipment bookings and plan shipments based on routing guidelines and processess.
- Book Shipments to various courier and forwarders.
- Prepare shipping papers and secure completeness of details and requirements based on Global Trade compliance and Government Agency requirments
- Track and Monitor shipments based on KPI, CRD and agreed Shipping Leadtime
- Handle various transaction such RFQ process, rates negotiation, re-export process, consolidation, etc.
- Process shipment claims related to damage cargo.
- Prepare various reports such as month KPI and compliance to Global trade and EHS.
- Prepare monthly schedule of the team members and submit shuttle request.
- Maintain records and keep documents of all shipments based on requirements
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications:
- Any 4 year course preferably Customs Administration or Business related bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics
- With minimum 5 years working experience in PEZA Export company.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
- With good communication skills for essential for collaborating with customer, freight forwarders, managers, and internal teams.
