Job overview and responsibilities

The Onboard Programs Associate Analyst will report to the Manager of Onboard Programs and support the data and product management for Food and Beverage technology. The position will require collaboration across various organizations to bring dynamically curated content to customers about what to expect onboard in the food and beverage space. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the health and reliability of the preorder and digital menus programs, maintaining existing capabilities, and implementing future enhancements to correct opportunities or gaps in customer and employee experiences.

  • Data Management
    • Develop, publish, and audit monthly preorder scheduling rules
    • Oversee digital menus backend configuration tables
  • Risk Mitigation
    • Support and triage any issues or reports that get sent in for preorder and digital menus platforms in partnership with Digital Technology
  • Support Tasks
    • Assist in the development and distribution of preorder exclusive meal forecasts
  • Asset Management
    • Maintain library of food and beverage imagery for preorder and digital menus platforms
  • Other Tasks
    • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Unless subject to a collective bargaining agreement in the country to which an employee is being transferred; the employee retains their original date of employment and company seniority in the new country. Upon transfer, the employee is removed from payroll and benefits in former country and appropriately placed in the salary range and payroll / benefits systems of the new country.

Human Resources will assist with the terms and conditions of employment in light of labor agreements, collective agreements, country work rules and labor laws. In the new country, the employee is reinstated using the same employee id, date of employment and company seniority dates.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree
  • Engineering disciplines, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business administration
  • 1+ years of experience in Business, Finance, or related functional area
  • Strong Relational database management
  • Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and quickly build trusting relationships
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Masters degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Business, Finance, or related functional areas
  • Experience in Hospitality, Catering / Food Services, or the Airline Industry
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
  • Knowledge of airport operations
  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL, or other data visualization techniques
  • Working knowledge of inflight, catering processes, or back-end digital technology components
