Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership to support workforce planning and HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Support talent development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Participate in organizational programs including new hire onboarding, employee development activities, and workforce engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements.
- Review employee change documentation and transactions to ensure approvals and data accuracy.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.
- Provide HR operational support including employee movement transactions, onboarding activities, and HR reporting.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and assist with implementation of best practices across the site.
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of Human Resources experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, or HR programs.
- Understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Operational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, HR documentation, and employee transactions while maintaining confidentiality.
