Description:Lockheed Martin is looking for an Audiovisual and Logistics Support Specialist to serve in a dual role capacity as an Audio-Visual technician during exercise rotation dates, and as a Logistics Management Analyst during non-rotational dates for the Army TADDS Maintenance Program (ATMP). This position will be located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC). The JPMRC is a transportable training system that conducts 2-3 training exercises (rotations) per year and deploys for two of those exercises for up to 45 days per rotation. One of the rotations each year will likely be an International Training Event. The candidate must be comfortable with the travel requirements for this position.
As an Audio-Visual technician during rotation dates the candidate will assist with setting up, testing, assessment, and repair of media equipment required for live events, video conferences, and after-action reviews. Will be responsible for installing media equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones, sound mixing equipment, recording equipment, video screens, and speakers. Will work with the technical lead to determine technical and production requirements, including timelines and equipment for each event. May perform or assist with site assessments to ensure they meet defined requirements and compliance with the proposed layout and specifications. May make suggestions to the AV team lead regarding multimedia projects, including purchase and/or replacement of system devices. Perform testing of audio-visual equipment and correct issues related to video, audio, networking and switching, and control systems. Besides using computer systems for multimedia projects, will use various word and presentation processing software.
As a Logistics Management Analyst during non-rotation dates the candidate will perform all the functions related to property located at the associated site. Responsibilities include – but are not limited to – transactions, accountability, and verification of all property and equipment at the site. Will work directly with the Logistics Management Analyst for coordination and guidance. Will be required to document and work within the ATMP Management Information System (MIS) for this portion of the position. Will work with teammate representatives regarding maintenance requests for parts and service and document the filling of those requirements and transfer of property as needed. Will produce and maintain appropriate documentation for the site. Other functions not specifically listed for this position may be directed by the logistics management analyst.

Basic Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of audio and video equipment, including troubleshooting connections and fault resolution
Skilled with network configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
Able to independently analyze and alter presentation and network configurations based on layout diagrams
Setup, install, test, and disassemble microphones, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras
Conduct sound, visual, and performance quality checks on Audio-Visual and Network equipment
Utilize electronic test equipment to measure signal output and adjust as necessary for optimal presentations
Comfortable with testing and troubleshooting faults with equipment during events if necessary to ensure events run smoothly
Understand the process for property and inventory management
Maintain accountability for property, create reports, and communicate status updates
Ability to work independently when required and with minimal guidance
