Your Role
* In this role, you will administer and maintain the Auto Time system to ensure accurate employee profiles, payroll reconciliations, and timekeeping records. You will provide reporting, training, and system support to employees and supervisors while ensuring compliance with payroll, auditing, and company requirements. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Must have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator role.
* Must have effective presentation skills with the ability to conduct meetings professionally.
* Must have strong communication, organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
* Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
* Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and other web-based applications.
* Must have the ability to perform labor hours corrections and reconciliations between AutoTime, SAP, and Maximo. Job Duties
* Will adhere to Client General Work Rules.
* Will ensure the accuracy of employee profiles in Auto Time and maintain changes as required.
* Will monitor and liaise with supervisors weekly to verify accuracy and sign off on timecards.
* Will perform weekly payroll reconciliations for direct employees.
* Will process weekly contractor payroll, ensuring timely submission of information to agencies and internal invoice approval/payment.
* Will reconcile monthly PTO/Vacation bank balances in Auto Time against payroll to prevent overuse.
* Will provide weekly overtime, absenteeism, and exception reports to the leadership team.
* Will train new hires, supervisors, and managers on system use.
* Will provide payroll reports for CASRA auditors during approximately 10 audits per year.
* Will offer guidance, support, and expertise to employees and managers for effective system use.
