Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our team at a private airport terminal in Fort Myers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and take pride in delivering a high-end customer experience to pilots, passengers, and flight crews.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, including concierge support for hotels, rental cars, and transportation
- Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and aircraft arrivals and departures with Line Service
- Operate a multi-line switchboard and communicate via the UNICOM system
- Manage lobby and conference room scheduling while maintaining a welcoming customer environment
- Process fuel orders, payments, and POS transactions; reconcile cash drawers and daily batches
- Maintain aircraft linens, dishware, refreshments, and office/kitchen supplies
- Ensure secure access to ramp, hangar, and office areas
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- Keep the Customer Service desk clean, organized, and professional at all times
Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Aviation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
