Aviation Data Entry Clerk - Night Shift

Job Description:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for DATA ENTRY CLERK (NIGHT SHIFT) in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be required to:

Enter / scan information from handwritten aircraft work cards into digital spreadsheets and databases.
Collect and organize documents from various workstations.
Review all entries for accuracy and completeness.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work rules.
All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

Two (2) years of office duties and administration experience required.
Typing skill – 40wpm with an accuracy rate of 90
Must pass FAA – compliant drug/alcohol screening and background check (no felonies)
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Type:

Long Term Contract
Shift Schedule: Sun / Mon / Tues rotating Sat
Schedule Hours: 6:30pm till 7:00am

Essential Job Functions

Attention to detail
Must be able to work as part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task.
Must be computer proficient.
Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs. Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
Work Environment: FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
