Skills You Bring To this Role
- Ability to use multiple Bell systems (SAP, Visual ERP, CRM, accounting, billing, contracts, estimating, purchasing, and shipping) to provide accurate responses regarding order status, projected delivery dates, etc.
- Understanding of global transport regulations, including import/export requirements for ITAR controlled parts and hazardous materials.
- IATA and Haz-mat training for hazardous material shipping and handling.
- Intermediate level ability with MS Office programs (including Word, Outlook and Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, and ability to complete routine paperwork and various forms in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to meet established goals and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to promote positive, professional work relationships and team environment.
- Ability to support on-call customer needs when scheduled.
- Willingness and initiative to learn.
What you need to be successful
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience related to job duties
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use computer, to include keyboard, mouse, and standard company software.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform occasional kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
- Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
