Base Administrator General
- General reception duties including dealing with the post and answering the phone
- Ordering of office supplies
- Providing monthly reports to appropriate internal departments
- Assisting with the production of monthly reports for external bodies, as required
- Scanning and uploading flight logs and any other documents related to specific flight reports, to the SAR Flight Operations System.
- Dealing with local suppliers and forwarding invoices to Accounts Department
- Liaising with airport authorities
- Attending airport authorities quarterly meetings
- Notifying relevant personnel of hangar maintenance issues
- ITAR contact – ensure ITAR is followed / managed etc
- Ensure personnel are in possession of certificate of conduct
- Ensure personnel have access to premises (passes / codes etc)
- Prime contact for building security (alarm etc)
- Prime contact for cleaners – set up cleaning contract
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Keep record of maintenance to be carried out on hangar
- Ensure waste control is in place – set up contract for waste control / pick up
- Base grocery shopping
- Other varied administrative duties as requested by Chief Pilot, Chief Engineer, Chief Crewman and on-shift crew
- iSAR flight coordination
- other duties as assigned by the NPGO

Control of contractors & 3rd party suppliers
- Control of third party work on company premises.
- Conduct safety briefs for contractors
- Produce consultation documents to Safety Reps of third party works identifying HSE issues and identify and recommend temporary controls as necessary
