Qualifications- BA/BS degree in related field with 3 to 6 years of benefit administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience administering Company-sponsored health insurance plans.
- Two or more years’ related benefit experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of benefits and accounting experience preferred.
- Experience working with 401(k) and pension plans strongly preferred.
- Experience working with multi-business lines, union Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Service Contract Act (SCA) strongly preferred.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification or PHR preferred.
- Deltek Costpoint, WorkDay and HRIS system experience preferred.
- Ability to pass drug, credit, and background screening.
Working Environment
Physical requirements may include sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent use of computers and standard office equipment, and occasional walking, bending, reaching, or lifting of light office materials up to 20 pounds. Position may require repetitive hand movements, visual concentration, and the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically in a typical office environment.
