Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Quality & EHS Business Operations team. This position could be located at one of the following locations: Seattle, WA or San Antonio, TX.
In this position you will serve as the business integrator for the Quality Leader, acting as a proactive partner and ensuring a unified operating rhythm.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage, facilitate and support day-to-day operations and meetings
Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environment
Develop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers
Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approval
Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the business
Manages, updates, and improves operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
5+ years of years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
5+ years of experience leading projects

Summary pay range: $118,150 – $171,350
