Description:We are currently seeking a versatile Business Analyst with Quality Assurance (QA) experience to join our dynamic web team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between our business objectives and the technical implementation process within website design and development projects, while also contributing to the testing and quality assurance of web applications.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UI-UX Designers, and Developers to create process flows and wireframes that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Translate complex development & design considerations as well as business constraints into clear concise requirement documentation that is easy to read and understand, ensuring alignment for all parties.
• Actively collaborate with all parties and participate in reviews and continuous improvement to requirement documents to ensure the final product meets the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
• Utilize QA expertise to test web applications, ensuring they meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications for Web applications and/or sites.
• Experience in business analysis or product management, particularly within website design and development projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of web products and application design
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with user research and user interface design principles
• 2+ years experience with web design and development
• 2+ years experience with business analysis or product management

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $67,000 - $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
