Beyond identifying improvements, you possess the practical mindset and analytical rigor to contribute to driving your ideas to implementation.

For this position, you must possess strong analytical and reporting skills. You have a passion for tackling challenging and complex issues within a multicultural and international environment, complemented by excellent communication skills that enable you to bridge technical and business worlds seamlessly.

Also, you have:

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a Finance, Controlling, or Procurement domain.
• Analytical Prowess:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Ability to build strong relationships and support in managing expectations.
• Data Savvy:
  Familiarity with data concepts, data modeling, SQL, and experience working with large datasets.
• Finance Acumen:
  Understanding of core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting).
• Cloud & Data Platform Knowledge:
  Eagerness to learn and contribute to Cloud transformation projects. Prior exposure to Cloud data storage and warehousing concepts (e.g., GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift) is a significant plus.
• Tools:
  Experience with requirements management tools, process mapping tools, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is beneficial.
• Education:
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mindset:
  A proactive, self-starter with a strong learning agility, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine eagerness to work and learn in a dynamic, international environment.
