JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our commercial function at easyJet. You will play a key role in shaping business requirements and delivering change across a portfolio of small, fast-paced projects.
Working within agile and waterfall delivery teams, youll partner closely with stakeholders from our commercial department—helping identify, shape, and refine business challenges, turning them into clearly defined and actionable requirements. Your analysis will enable teams to make better decisions and implement effective, value-driven solutions.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
> Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities.
> Lead discovery sessions to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape deliverables.
> Map current ("as-is") processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose future state ("to-be") improvements.
> Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
> Support agile delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of the project/initiative—refining user stories/requirements, prioritising backlogs, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
> Act as a conduit between commercial stakeholders and delivery/technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
> Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations and support benefits validation where appropriate.
> Champion agile and lean thinking across all aspects of delivery.
