Description:This individual will support the Business Development-Air Mobility team in Marietta and report to the Director of Air Mobility Domestic Campaigns.
Will be responsible to interact with Finance, Contracting, Supply and other LM business areas and will support Business Development Operations with program integration activities to include:
• support planning, organizing, and developing weekly/monthly executive briefings
• Coordinate offsite meetings
• Support Customer Resource Management (CRM) efforts addressing strategic customer engagements
• Assist with market support; help coordinate strategies and actions across BD Domestic Campaigns directorate and LOBs
• Support qualification of new market opportunities with the ability to adapt quickly in supporting emergent requirements for teams under pressure
This individual will also assist in the coordination of the business area & senior executive customer communications, events, and visits which are associated with new business opportunities. individual will also be responsible for stretch assignments as deputy Capture
Campaign or Campaign Lead as assigned by the Director.
Limited travel will be required to support Campaign activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Project Management experience
• Microsoft Office Suite - specifically PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and foster horizontal integration.
• Customer requirements experience.
• Knowledge of capture planning process.
• Knowledge of Aeronautics visit process and familiarity with Aero product line.
• Market strategy development.
• Black belt trained.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
