Role Summary
* The Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist supports the company or client’s digital and AI transformation efforts by developing analytics solutions, dashboards, and automation tools that provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on transforming complex and unstructured data from systems such as SAP, supplier data, and shop floor reports into reliable, decision-ready intelligence while improving efficiency through process automation. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
* A Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
* A minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
* Experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science dashboarding, process automation, or similar disciplines.
* Experience taking a vision from stakeholder discussions through requirements definition, proof of concept, and project completion with full stakeholder satisfaction.
* Experience with AI and machine learning tools such as Palantir Foundry.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
* Experience with business intelligence systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
* Strong SQL and SQL backend skills.
* Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics.
* The ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills

* Experience using Python or R for analytics and data processing.
* Experience supporting executive-level reporting and performance management initiatives.

* Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor data, and financial information.
* Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational planning.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators that enable real-time visibility, executive decision-making, and streamlined reviews.
* Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
* Enhance business intelligence tools and systems, including Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed platforms.
* Create and maintain scalable and sustainable data pipelines to ensure reliable data delivery.
* Automate manual reporting and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across program management, operations, supply chain, and finance.
* Translate complex technical data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
