Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help BAE Systems manufacturing teams communicate their IT needs. Youll design and build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint within Microsoft 365. Your main task will be to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs, following a standard framework.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements
Create and configure Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems
Manage and create SharePoint sites (i.e. Lists, Site Pages)
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet their needs
Create and maintain relationships with manufacturing and test engineers, obtaining knowledge regarding manufacturing and test systems
Collaborate with our IT organization to ensure project deliverables are met on time and accurately
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Highly proficient in collaboration and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in Power Platform/Power Automate and SharePoint 365

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Proven experience as a business/systems analyst
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
