Position Summary:
The Charter Operations Financial Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of invoices and billing for high-value clients. Additionally, this position will be responsible for running financial reports and working with company accounting to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency of financial documents and data along with overall analysis of the flight departments financial performance for use in company leadership decision making.
- This position plays a vital role in the experience of the Charter Departments clients as they have invested their significant aviation assets with Cutter Aviation for professional services to include billing, invoicing, and payment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support as required for the department.
- Maintain positive relationships with high-value owners that instill confidence in the management of their accounts.
- Direct contact with clients, owners, brokers and flight crew for collection, processing, and transmission of invoicing, billing, and payments to internal and external entities as needed.
