Role Summary
* In this role, you will design, implement, and support complex enterprise and government cloud network environments across Azure and AWS. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and security compliance to drive reliable and secure network operations. In this role, you will collaborate with global IT teams, ensure compliance with NIST and CMMC standards, and support both cloud and on-premise infrastructure. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding network services, troubleshooting issues, and enabling innovative solutions in a high-demand environment. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technology discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
* Must have Cisco CCNA Cloud or CCNA Route & Switch certification OR CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Cloud+, or equivalent certification with a minimum of 4+ years of experience managing networks.
* Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in support and maintenance of complex network environments, including cloud-based network segmentation and security appliances.
* Must have in-depth knowledge of firewalls, routers, Layer 2/3 switches, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
* Must have a deep understanding of the Layer 2/Layer 3 network stack.
* Must have the ability to configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, and VoIP, particularly within a Cisco environment.
* Must have knowledge of protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, BGP, gateway load balancing, and related protocols.
* Must have familiarity with load balancers.
* Must have familiarity with SD-WAN devices.
* Must have knowledge of IT security policies as they pertain to NIST 800.171 and Security Information and Event Manager (SIEM).
* Must have troubleshooting skillsets for LAN/WAN network and application issues on-premises and cloud appliances.
* Must have knowledge of network services such as DNS, IPAM, (S)FTP, TFTP, LDAP, SMTP, and DHCP.
* Must have knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools using SNMP, Netflow, and Syslog.
* Must have knowledge of 802.1x and certificates.

* In this role, you will assist with identifying and expanding corporate private and public cloud services, features, and capabilities.
* In this role, you will assist with expanding existing and future government cloud platforms, including PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environments in support of Department of Defense cloud programs.
* In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on cloud network administrator technologies, spanet capabilities, and trends.
* In this role, you will collaborate on detailed network, storage, and compute design documentation to ensure strict security compliance, scalable infrastructure, and highly available computing operations.
* In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and support network platforms in existing multi-tenant cloud and virtualized platforms on Azure Government and Amazon Web Services Government.
* In this role, you will assess and facilitate network requests, including firewall policies, VPN, load balancing, cryptography, and network architecture.
* In this role, you will design and implement security-first network policies and procedures to adhere to NIST 800.171 and CMMC compliance regulations.
* In this role, you will communicate effectively with end-users, support staff, management, and other IT teams on internal, cloud, and hybrid initiatives.
* In this role, you will participate in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of localized and on-premise WAN, LAN, and WLAN network infrastructure within complex local and global environments.
* In this role, you will implement, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based network security systems, including firewalls, SD-WAN appliances, CASB, and DNS security appliances.
* In this role, you will administer and support corporate network monitoring systems and expand functionality for cloud-based operations, including network monitoring tools and Syslog servers.
* In this role, you will implement, test, and monitor system enhancements, including software and hardware updates and patches to improve the performance and reliability of cloud and on-premise services.
* In this role, you will assist other teams with the integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of projects involving local, cloud, and hybrid network services.
* In this role, you will participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and procedures for all locations.
* In this role, you will exercise independent judgment in the planning, scheduling, organizing, controlling, and monitoring of IT projects.
* In this role, you will assist other team members in troubleshooting and resolving corporate IT issues.
* In this role, you will provide and participate in cross-training with other team members on IT systems. Work Environment
* Must have the ability to perform duties in an office environment and a manufacturing facility.
* Must have the ability to work overtime and off-shifts as required.
* Must be available for 24x7 on-call support for problem and issue resolution. Physical Demands
