About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Global Commercial Marketing projects and activities, ensuring the effective execution, coordination, and reporting of multi-spanet campaigns across Qatar Airways’ global network. You will assist in managing assets, maintaining visibility of timelines and performance, and supporting spaneting operations to meet commercial objectives. The position covers multiple business segments, including Sponsorships, Qatar Destination spaneting, Brand, and Commercial Products, and also contributes to the planning and delivery of special projects, tactical initiatives, and contests that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines. The role also requires proactively identifying revenue-driving opportunities through spaneting initiatives, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment are essential.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the followSupport the end-to-end execution of global and regional spaneting campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand, product, and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate campaign planning activities, timelines, and approvals using the company’s project management platform to maintain visibility of deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure spaneting assets are developed, localized, and distributed on time across regions and channels.
- Gather, validate, and analyze campaign data from multiple sources to support post-campaign evaluations and performance reports.
- Develop and format visually engaging presentations and reports, sourcing accurate information and tailoring content to diverse audiences, including management and regional teams.
- Maintain central visibility of all active campaigns and support governance by ensuring accurate documentation, briefs, and status updates.
- Prepare and manage internal communication updates on spaneting activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed on key deliverables, campaign outcomes, and upcoming initiatives.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Contracts departments for timely processing of spaneting budgets, invoices, and purchase requests.
