The Role
The Communications Campaign Specialist is part of the Customer Communications team who are responsible for all our communications across service and marketing. The challenge for this team is to deliver a step change in how we communicate with customers across many different touchpoints and key parts of the journey, across multiple devices and channels.
It is an exciting time to join easyJet as we embark on an ambitious period of customer experience transformation, bringing together customer communications, customer experience, customer service and customer data into one function to better serve both our customers and the business. easyJet is also investing in new transformational capabilities to enable the application of customer data across the business and into the end-to-end customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Comms Product Manager, you will be working with a cross-functional team to develop and define and deliver the comms product roadmap, whether it be marketing or disruption and service comms, and play a key role in expanding and transforming our customer engagement capability.
Leverage the functionality of our Customer Engagement Platform (Braze) to deliver benefits and help the business achieve its goal for the comms products in your remit
What you will need to do this role
You will have experience working with Customer Engagement Platforms, (preferably Braze or similar) and will have previous specific communications experience within a direct/digital/data context within a CRM, marketing or customer communications role.
Data-driven, you will provide evidence-based value to customers and end users and be able to analyse data and customer insight and make recommendations of improvement areas based on these.
As a self-motivated and results-driven person you will be organised with an excellent attention to detail whilst being able to remain agile and innovative in what is a fast-paced organisation.
