Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team to provide configuration management assistance while embedded with the Ogden Air Logistics center F-16 Avionics Integration Support (AIS) facility.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide Configuration Management (CM) support for the F-16 test equipment.
• Maintain test equipment and depot software databases. • Monitor and track changes to test software, monitor discrepancy reports submitted from field units to ensure corrective action is accomplished. Monitor delivery status of new software and documentation under development. Ensure compliance of hardware part numbers and software part numbers.
• Complete Engineering Change Orders that are necessary to formalize Interface Test Adapters (ITA).
• Provide CM support to ensure the requirements flow through all aspects of the logistics involved within the AIS and Depot software update process.
• Coordinate and participate in peer reviews, Validation/Verification (VAL/VER), kit-proofs, and Functional Configuration Audit-Physical Configuration Audit (FCA-PCA) process reviews.

• Must be a US Citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) Configuration Management (CM) processes.

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Experience interfacing with civilian government, DoD, and industry representatives.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college.

• Knowledge and experience with F-16 aircraft systems and sub-systems.

• Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) and Depot level maintenance knowledge.

• Experience with Microsoft Access.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
