Roles & Responsibilities:

•Would be required to conduct regular customer service and systems training programs, along with other programs assigned.•Open to travel for 18 days a month with rostered offs.•Open to work morning afternoon shift pattern•Actively participates in team and ifly engagement activities•Actively contributes to ongoing and future projects.•Updates and improves all training material (modules/job aids) pertaining to functional training module•Contributes towards quality enhancement of the training program and brings in innovations for efficiency.

Skills required•Worked for a minimum of 4-6 years in the terminal building•Handled International, domestic and code share flights/operations•Managed IROPs operations•Strong understanding of IndiGo policies•Trained on advance DCS and/or World Tracer Web

Note: Must be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational offs

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding and comfort with virtual video editing tools is desirable.
