Boeing Global Services’ Digital Aviation Solutions organization is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Specialist.  This role is responsible for supporting the goals, priorities, and initiatives of the company by coordinating and executing a wide range of content planning, development, deployment, and measurement functions across multiple channels and platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Digital Aviation Solutions’ Whole Offer Managers and Product Marketing Managers to plan, create, edit, and publish relevant content supporting the companys business objectives and users needs.
  • Write, manage, and strategically deploy communications content that aims to inform, entertain, inspire, and engage potential customers and/or employees.
  • Support efforts to build awareness of DAS as both an employer of choice and an industry-leading aerospace software company.
  • Adapt stories and content to support employee engagement as well as talent recruitment and retention.
  • Collaborate with the creative design team in support of content goals and execution.
  • As needed, partner with Corporate Communications to support efforts such as crisis communications, media relations, external partnerships, executive communications, employee relations, and thought leadership.
  • Manage planned and ad-hoc communications projects and initiatives to ensure effective planning, implementation, delivery, and measurement of defined outcomes.
  • Interact with company leadership and employees to support content development.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Content Management
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Marketing Experience
  • Travel 10

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with Airlines, Lessors, and/or Government Entities
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Marketing Experience
  • Competitive Market Intelligence
  • Presentation Skills
  • Storytelling Skills

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years related work experience, Master+7 years related work experience, 13 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. This is a Virtual role.

Average Pay Summary: $124,950.00 - $169,050.00
