Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR department on various employment-related matters, including but not limited to compliance with labor laws, employee relations, discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct legal research on employment law issues and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and case law.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, separation agreements, and other employment-related documents.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and management to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with legal advisor when necessary.
  • Support the HR department in all HR related topics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in legal /HR
  • Strong communication skills
