TasksAs the Contract Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
- Develops and maintains a centralized contract management database to ensure accurate storage, organization, and traceability of purchasing and sales agreements
- Extracts, analyzes, and maintains key contract terms and conditions (e.g., pricing, deliverables, renewal dates, compliance requirements) to support operational execution and risk management
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to communicate contract obligations and ensure organizational readiness
- Coordinates and collaborates with Lufthansa Group entities domestically and internationally to align contract management practices and support group-wide requirements
