Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will be working closely with members of the executive team as it relates to organizational contracts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Maintaining master asset list of all acquisition and sales activity, as well as a document management system of all JMI contracts
- Tracking contract milestones and deadlines
- Managing and updating asset reports for insurers to support annual renewals
- Preparing and coordinating contract amendments and extensions along with contract summaries
- Performing Know Your Customers screenings / due diligence checks
- Drafting and updating documents, including, but not limited to, PowerofAttorney, NDAs, BillofSale, Trace Summaries
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents
- Understanding purchasing and supply chain procedures
- Direct customer contact
- Regular interaction and coordination with team members at all levels of our supply chain

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or higher-level education, preferred
- Prior organizational work dealing with legal contracts, preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Proficient use of MS Office, specifically Excel, and general office technology
- Takes Initiative and is self-motivating
- Significant ability to multi-task
- Professional, polished communication skills – oral and written
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator, you will be seated at a desk, using a phone and computer, the majority of your workday. Less than 5 of your job duties will require the ability to: walk long distances, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The noise level is usually low, as consistent with an office environment. At times, some light lifting may be required, up to 25 lbs. These job duties are performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
