Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (Equivalent experience may be considered.)
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related areas. Internships or coursework related to government contracting will be considered.
- Knowledge of Government Regulations: Familiarity with basic government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) and contract terms is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to organize and track multiple documents and deadlines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate documentation and correspondence.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with contract management software is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Certifications related to contracts management, such as the Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), are a plus but not required.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain or hold a security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret), if required by the position or project.
