Primary Job Duties
- Facilitate all payroll and Dayforce functions for the Ground Service Equipment (GSE) team, including tracking overtime, managing overrides, and processing Payroll Change Notices (PCNs), etc.
- Constructs and distributes reports with related to:
- Parts inventory and supply
- Commercial Labor and Parts
- Labor hours
- Maintenance GSE repairs
- Vehicle licensing
- Administrator and contact person for e-Campus
- Track training requirements for technicians and mechanics to ensure correct level assignment and manage overrides
- Provides logistical support to mechanics assigned to road trips
- Creates and track warranty and cost information for review by the leadership team
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support the overall objectives and operations of the organization
