Position Overview

• Hours: 20–30 per week

• Schedule: Set schedule with some flexibility available

• Location: On-site at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Enter, review, and audit data

• Support recruitment and standards teams

• Research and suggest process improvements

• Help with swag inventory, approvals, catering, and shipping for events

• Coordinate logistics and communication across departments

• Solve problems and audit recruitment processes

• Assist with SkyWest recruitment and pathway events

• Support culture initiatives and employee recognition programs

• Conduct research and assist with special projects

• Perform other assigned tasks

• Motivated and able to work independently

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio)

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required Licenses and Accreditation

• Valid driver’s license

• Must meet insurance requirements to drive company/rental vehicles

• Strong communicator across diverse audiences

• Efficient, accurate, and organized

• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects

• Team player with a proactive mindset

• Able to sit at a computer for long periods

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs

• Assist with large shipments (lifting, bending, standing)

This position is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.

This is not a remote position — candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT to work at SkyWest Headquarters.
