Responsibilities:Manage and deliver all current corporate data collection, ensuring data integrity and assessment in new systems for booked, ticketed, or flown dataExpand pricing and processes for all Corporate Sales in North America and internationally within Salesforce, as well as all corporate data sources, including Power BI, Salesforce Corporate Insight, and PROS Insight reportsReport and support the development of PROS CPQ Smart pricing management and New Corporate Solutions (NCS) in phasesCollaborate with the manager on strategic projects to optimize corporate revenue and acquire incremental businessImplement profitable corporate contracts and pricing initiatives for full network joint venture accounts to protect and grow revenue beyond one billion dollarsMonitor, analyze, and respond to competitive discount initiatives to achieve Corporate Sales objectivesProvide in-depth analytical strategies for Corporate Sales Managers and ad hoc reporting for executives and cross-functional teamsImplement changes to existing contract structures and cost strategies to drive incremental revenuesCoordinate with internal AC revenue management and other JV contract management teams to establish joint discounts and strategies in the spanetplaceWork cross-functionally and closely with the Corporate Programs implementation team and other stakeholdersDemonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsHold an undergraduate degree in Business or possess equivalent experience. Studies in mathematics, economics, or statistics are advantageousBring a minimum of 2 years of managerial sales experience in a similar capacityDemonstrate strong analytical skills when handling complex data and industry informationExhibit and demonstrate dependability, dedicated team collaboration, and coaching abilitiesUtilize analytical and critical thinking skills to recommend and implement effective solutionsThrive under pressure and consistently deliver quality results in a timely mannerShowcase a strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficientlyStrong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) in dealing with internal and external partners - must be a team playerProven ability to quality check and validate facts, figures, and feedbackProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, or other CRM toolsAirline industry experience is an asset
