SUMMARY

Responsible for development of training programs and courseware using the instructional system design (ISD) process. Applies current, adult learning principles and best practices techniques in updating, designing, developing, and implementing SCORM compliant Interactive Multimedia Instruction. Maintains the integrity of all released ISD material for proposal and program execution purposes. Oversees and supports the design and development of ISD deliverables, including Task Lists, Objective Hierarchies, and syllabi. Supports the development of corresponding course materials, to include all graphics and media support with Subject Matter Expert (SME) input. Ensures that the instructional design and development of all lesson materials is in accordance with military standards and ADDIE instructional design processes.

uF0B7 Develop and reviews proposal and program course materials with input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including but not limited to: selection of appropriate instructional methods, development of instructionally sound course objectives, design and development of realistic scenarios and case studies, and design and development of valid assessment tools

uF0B7 Conducts needs assessments and facilitates design sessions with multimedia developers and subject matter experts.

uF0B7 Supports Training Change Proposal requests

uF0B7 Facilitates all ISD-related customer interface meetings and generate any necessary materials or slides for required presentations

uF0B7 Assign tasks to the appropriate technical representative within the ISD department, specific tasks in accordance with ISD department process milestones identified in applicable program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and ISD Plans/processes.

uF0B7 Ensure all ISD requirements in proposal submissions are compliant with customer specifications

uF0B7 Ensure traceability is maintained on all baseline and change ISD documentation on active training programs starting with contract startup and continuing to the end of the contract.

uF0B7 Develop special programu2013oriented procedures related to ISD support, as required

uF0B7 Lead training needs assessments for assigned projects

uF0B7 Assist in the development of different levels of training tasks and products against training requirements

uF0B7 Lead continual improvement in ISD by designing and improving learning tools and development processes

uF0B7 Creates curriculum content and records lesson objectives, required proficiency levels and maneuver items in Course Assessment Tool

uF0B7 Document and presents tool and methodology ideas to the CAE instructional design community

uF0B7 Develop, prioritize, and meet deliverable budget, schedule, and scope milestones

uF0B7 Conducts peer reviews to verify production in accordance with established quality standards

uF0B7 Consult with customers on performance management and instructional strategies
