None/Not RequiredAs a Customer Account Specialist you will be at the center of customer satisfaction for units repaired within the supplier network. You will collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Finance and Technical teams to drive customer service excellence. You are the point of contact for customers and own resolution of issues they may experience during the process. Your work is both tactical and strategic concentrating on the control of components input into the Repair Management Services vendor portfolio. You will use continuous improvement tools and leverage their communications and data analysis expertise to exceed customer expectations.

This role will give you in-depth exposure to the world of afterspanet aviation repairs. Working with all the cross functional teams will allow you to experience and understand the role that each function plays in the business. The skills that this role could teach you are endless, but to list a few: communications, organization, escalation, cross functional, CORE (continuous improvement tools), Microsoft Suite skills (excel, ppt, tableau), relationship building, account and project management, etc...

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
