Are you our new Customer Service Agent in Oslo?
We are looking for Customer Service Agents to work in either Arrival Service or Check-in depending on business needs. Some employees will be offered positions exclusively in Arrival Service, while others will work at Check-in.
Arrival Service responsibilities include assisting passengers after landing, handling missing, damaged, or tagless bags, helping with baggage enquiries, sorting and moving baggage when needed, guiding passengers through the terminal, providing information about onward travel, and supporting passengers who need extra assistance.
Check-in responsibilities include welcoming passengers, checking travel documents, issuing boarding passes, accepting and tagging baggage (including special baggage), providing information about gates and travel regulations, and assisting with rebookings and irregularities.
In both roles, you will cooperate with other airport teams and deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal employment from March to October on a 75 contract.

In this role you will be responsible for:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across all core airport operations. You will be capable and confident in covering the three main customer service positions: Check-in, Gates, and Arrivals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for Norwegian customers at every touchpoint.
The most important function of a Customer Service Agent is to deliver outstanding customer service, always proactively supporting and assisting Norwegian customers. You must maintain excellent professional conduct and high grooming standards at all times. A strong understanding of Norwegian policies and strict adherence to Norwegian gate bag procedures and accurate revenue collection is also required.

Relevant experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours.
- You have good English language skills
