Job Description:

  •  In this role, you will ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and that our customer service standards are met every day.

  • To be successful in this role, you must have a strong professional background in customer service, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently is essential. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs

Qualifications:
Superior organizational and time management skills

Strong computer skills

Strong knowledge of SAP

Strong Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization Strong communication skills

Prior experience working in materials or customer service role

Some Knowledge of ITAR shipping compliance.

Some Knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements.

Some knowledge of HazMat and Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize completion of tasks

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Shows initiative and is driven to succeed.

Highly proficient in MS Office 365 products (Word, OneNote, Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)



Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
