Provide highest customer service standards. Compliance to safety,security & regulatory procedures Ensuring on time performance and baggage requirementsEnsuring travel document and visa requirement are adhered to Ensure sufficient resources as per customer airlines SLA

SPM
Working Experience0-2 years, Relevant Ground Handling experince
Skills & KnowledgeGood communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishGood personality, with warm and positive attitudeAble to work independantly and responsible for job assignmentsKnowledgable with personal computers and travel documents requirement
