Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Customer Service Representative to support the smooth operation of aviation services. This multifaceted role involves customer service, dispatch coordination, and general aviation administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for aviation, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. A background in aircraft maintenance or service technician roles is highly beneficial.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering professional and courteous customer service.
• Manage customer communications, including inquiries, issue resolution, and providing timely updates.
• Coordinate and schedule aircraft maintenance, ensuring adherence to FARs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance schedules.
• Communicate effectively with pilots, ground crew, maintenance personnel, and customers.
• Handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including dispatching and tracking aircraft maintenance.
• Create maintenance quotes, present upselling opportunities, and manage customer approvals for additional work.
• Review existing maintenance programs, obtain instructions for approval requests, and discuss service bulletins, quotes, and flat rates.
• Build and create work order packages and quotes, reviewing them with the Shop Lead.
• Monitor and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure work packages remain on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, customer interactions, and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations.
• Supervise staff and coordinate activities to ensure compliance with aviation regulations (if applicable).
• Manage daily administrative tasks related to aviation operations.
• Organize schedules, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Aviation Terminology, Tail Numbers, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) is highly desirable.
• Experience in dispatch, aviation administration, aircraft maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAMP, Corridor, Flight Docs, or similar systems is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Interior Aircraft Refinishing experience PREFERRED.
