Job Summary:
As Customer Support Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the Site’s sales success by performing operational and administrative activities for assigned Regional Sales Managers and customers. In this role you will act as a customer liaison regarding quotes, purchases, order status, data entry and maintaining files. The following responsibilities are typical of what this position may be required to perform, however they are not all inclusive.
Essential Functions:
- Provide follow up and support to the Regional Sales Managers.
- Prepare quotations for assigned customers.
- Review, interpret, and enter data into internal databases, ERP or CRM tools.
- Issue credit memos and return material authorizations.
- Provide order status to customers.
- Ensure export license compliance.
- Log sales information with few errors.
- Uses knowledge to solve complex business problems.
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Improve the sales process.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years administration experience. Electronics industry preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- Oracle and CRM experience a plus
- Strong understanding of sales process and operations.
- Able to follow department processes and work flow.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Demonstrated ability to convey information clearly and analysis as needed to customers.
- Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve routine to moderately complex problems.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (word & excel) skills.
- Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
