Euravia Engineering & Supply Co Ltd, a part of Magellan Aerospace Kelbrook, Lancashire has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator.
- Full-time-permanent position
- Weekdays are Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week.
- Job location: Colne Road, Kelbrook, Lancashire BB18 6SN
An operational role supporting the end-to-end coordination of ad-hoc parts sales and engine component repairs alongside field service planning. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational continuity by aligning parts availability with field technician deployment.
The role offers a varied remit across multiple operational areas, with responsibility for handling a variety of clerical duties and providing exposure beyond core responsibilities through ongoing training and development.

Essential Responsibilities
- To take ownership of managing the full lifecycle of ad-hoc parts orders and component repairs for the Customer Services department, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
- To coordinate and plan site visits for mobile technicians, optimising schedules based on urgency, location and resource availability, acting as a central point of contact through to completion
- Respond in a controlled and effective manner to changing priorities, urgent requests and operational demand coordinating with appropriate departments as required
- Address and manage Customer requirements and expectations in a professional and timely manner
- Work alongside all appropriate departments to coordinate the despatch of customer orders providing updates on order status, despatch dates and through the supply of required documents
- Provide administrative support to both the Customer Services Department and to the general site as and when required, including but not limited to:
- Managing emails, correspondence and internal communications
- Maintaining and updating records, databases and filing systems
- Assisting with data entry, reporting and basic analysis
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Providing invoicing assistance to the finance department
- Coordinating and managing indirect purchases in-line with Company requirements
- To oversee Euravia assets, assisting in the administration of engine and component teardowns and evaluation
- Engage in cross-functional activities and training opportunities to build capacity across wider operational areas
- Positively support teamwork and circulation of experience within the workforce
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with the company Health & Safety policy and procedures. Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur
- Support relevant MOS requirements and actively contribute to any 6S activities on site
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by management in support of the business
Position Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English
- Good verbal and written communication
- Administrative experience (1-3 years)
Desirable Criteria:
- Business Administration NVQ or equivalent

- Numerate and literate with the ability to produce detailed and accurate information
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to accuracy
