The Boeing Defense Space & Security Cruise Missile System Program (CMS) Team is seeking Customer Training Specialists (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in St. Charles, MO. The successful candidates will be responsible for customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design. Domestic and International Travel up to 50 is required.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.

  • Develops, conducts, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.

  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update, and develop new and existing media and materials.

  • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.

  • Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.

  • Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolver’s delivery problem.

  • Creates and monitors performance metrics.

  • Creates, maintains, and advances customer relationships.

  • Develops an understanding of customers culture and business strategies.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location (St. Charles, MO).

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience as a formal instructor certification as an instructor, Senior instructor, or Master instructor.

  • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally 50 of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Experience as a Weapon School Instructor

  • Military Experience in training

  • Stand-Up Instructor led Training in support of Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) including Harpoon and SLAM ER

  • Electronics experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 years related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years related work experience, 9 years related work experience, etc.).

Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years related work experience, Master+7 years related work experience, 13 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for Associate: $62,900 – $85,100

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $77,350 – $104,650

Summary pay range for Senior: $96,050 – $129,950

Referrals to this job are eligible for a monetary employee bonus.
