Apollo MedFlight is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Support to join our Information Technology team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by monitoring data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

What You’ll Do- Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership teams
- Collaborate with Operations Management and department leaders to support company initiatives and performance goals
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide real-time insight when needed
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and revenue performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, spanet conditions, and emerging technologies
- Support additional reporting and analytical projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and database tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience within emergency medical response, transport, or aviation environments preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience with:
- Python
- SQL Server
- Geocoding
- Power BI
Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily office-based and involves prolonged computer and desk work. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and may occasionally be required to travel or work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
