They will extract, synthesize, and analyze data to inform business strategy, improve customer experience, and achieve company objectives. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or 3-4 years of professional work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (Business, Economics, Math or Engineering majors preferred)Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointFour years experience working in Analytics, Strategy, Customer Insights, or similar field Three years experience with Adobe Analytics and other web analytics toolsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyIs at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
