Not RequiredThe Demand Planner will be responsible for integrating functions of Business Development, Finance, Operations Planning, Customer Service and Supply Chain to develop demand plans that support the business plan for our Wheels and Brakes portfolio. Scope of responsibilities include integration of customer provided forecast, vehicle production schedules, constraints and financial plan, developing forecast recommendations, ad hoc reporting and SIOP demand review participation.
What You Will Do:
- You will work onsite at our Troy, Ohio facility.
- Ownership and execution of demand planning processes for multiple Wheels & Brakes programs with domestic and global interaction with the Carbon, MRO and OEM facilities
- Generate 5 year forecast as a cross-functional team with contracts, Regional Business Managers, Operations/Supply Chain and Value Stream leadership
- Proactively analyze and review demand patterns, product lifecycle, and available spanet intelligence to identify business trends and opportunities
- Participating in and respond to performance metrics to drive effectiveness within Global Demand Planning
- Synthesize and analyze complex data sets to draw meaningful insights and support high-impact decision-making
- Use systems knowledge to capture and visualize data in a user-friendly format (i.e. reports, dashboards, etc.)
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in implementation initiatives.
- Communicate data analysis to leadership
- Perform other duties as required
- Travel up to 5.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior supply/demand planning experience in Aerospace, Automotive/Engines, or similar Manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated analytical acumen with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to proactively use and manage complex data (statistics, bias, accuracy, etc.) and the ability to synthesize a large amount of information from a variety of sources, data owners, and systems.
- Experience in Kinaxis, SAP/ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, statements) Tableau, or PowerBI

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
