To help GBD on this journey we are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Staff, GBD Transformation to join our digital product team. In this position the successful candidate will:

Serve as a product analyst for LM’s future Opportunity Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Capture Management tool team. The individual will be a key part of a team chartered with driving value for Lockheed Martin by supporting the governance, design, execution, and evolution of the Lockheed Martin Capture Management capabilities within the application. They will work with a multi-disciplined cross-functional / cross-business area team using an agile approach and mindset. The successful candidate will interface with end users to understand their pain points and needs in order to design intuitive user experiences with support from the technical team. Additionally, the candidate will support the adoption, expansion, and evolution of the system, through customer demos, ongoing feedback, and stakeholder management.

The analyst’s responsibilities will be:
• Supporting process development meetings
• Facilitating and supporting design meetings
• Acting as a Capture Management subject matter expert
• Assisting the OLM Product Owner with translation of business needs into features and user stories
• Assisting OLM Product Owner in validating that business requirements are met
• Working side-by-side with development resources to clarify business requirements
• Identifying and escalating risks and dependencies to the OLM Product Owner
• Interacting with end users to collect feedback throughout the development process
• Providing inputs to training and change management resources as they develop content for end users
• Supporting product roadmap development

This is a rotational position supporting the 1LMX GBDS Transformation Program. This position is expected to be a 1-2-year assignment and upon conclusion of rotation the successful candidate would need to compete for another position outside the program.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience executing the Strategy & Business Development Processes
• Demonstrated experience with the LM Capture Process, Color Teams, and Competitive Intelligence
• Knowledge of the EPP Process and materials
• Demonstrated experience managing/facilitating cross functional teams across geographical locations
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to drive improved decision making
• Experience working in an iterative/changing environment
• Experience identifying a business problem/process, solutioning, and managing it to closure
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,700 - $227,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
