Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) team. As a valued member of our small yet highly efficient team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational excellence of our three Air Operator Certificates (AOCs). The EFB team is responsible for ensuring operational device hardware, applications, security, configuration, regulatory compliance, manual distribution, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of aviation operations.
As a member of our EFB team, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities. This includes, Application Management, overseeing user acceptance testing, collaborating with SMEs & Suppliers, and ensuring effective communication of updates.
Youll manage change, investigating user issues whilst observing best practices and documenting processes. You will coordinate training, crafting materials, and collaborate on EFB procedure changes. You will have a collaborative nature and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Overseeing Asset Management, handling hardware feedback logs and ensuring consistency in EFB System will be a key focus. You will strive to drive continuous Improvement across applications, systems and processes participating in projects and trials with he aim to enhance the EFB applications.
What you need to do this role
Were looking for someone who can confidently navigate Flight Operations applications and systems, showcasing their expertise in effectively managing iPadOS and the iPad platform. You will have experience on documentation authoring and technical writing, with an ideal understanding of flight operations applications.
Your exceptional interpersonal, communication, and written skills will be key, complemented by your decisive and analytical approach that revels in the nuances of detail. Your proactive attitude in tackling challenges and skill in managing tasks under pressure will be vital. Demonstrating resilience is equally important. Your ability to adeptly manage stakeholders and suppliers will be valued, as will your talent for nurturing relationships across different levels within the organisation.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office with travel across the easyJet Network required.
