Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Directs the implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental programs with a high level of expertise. Standards include Confined Space, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E/electrical safety, Industrial Hygiene and Machine Guarding, etc.
- Ensure safety programs are developed in compliance with company guidelines, including safety methods, procedures and policies.
- Leads investigations, develops true root cause, implements corrective actions, and tracks actions to closure for all EHS related events.
- Performs safety risk analysis and evaluates effectiveness of defenses to mitigate employee injury.
- Skilled in the development and delivery of EHS training programs to a variety of audiences (managers and trades personnel) and can manage documentation accordingly.
- Initiates preventative actions to prevent injuries from both conditions and acts/behaviors in partnership with EHS Leader.
- Works directly with site coaches, managers, and frontline employees to develop strong working relationships.
- Encourages and promotes a positive safety culture through engagement, feedback and preventative measures.
- Effectively manage time to ensure timely delivery of tasks, projects and annual business goals.
- Utilizes proper PPE, safety equipment, and follows all safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Safety).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple assignments across independent operating units
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 501, ASP) and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (preferred)
- Strong soft skills, including humility, transparency, focus, collaborative leadership, and an analytical, continuous-improvement mindset
The base pay range for this position is $66,000 - $75,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 6, 2026.
